Upstairs weans are running about absolutely radge all day and night, screaming and crying, falling over, running into things/ each other…I don’t know, it’s not normal. They don’t seem to get out much. Working from home in a new job and I’m at my wits end, playing music or having headphones in isn’t enough, can still hear the loud thuds and screams. Any advice for a very frazzled, extremely tired woman?
