Got a relation who might be going to work in the nhs call center in cardonald. The current fly in the ointment is a series of absolutely brutal reviews on glassdoor(or indeed, i forget which) that paint a grim picture of hostile, bullying working enviroment.
Now we all know how reviews work, nobody takes the time out of their day to leave a comment saying "adequte", most people are motivated to leave any review atall by a negative experience so really quickly a reviews board can paint a very specific picture that isnt indicative of the general vibe (maybe they were just dicks?)
do you work there? got a spouse or a pal or a flatmate who does? Is it brutal? does it smell? any feedback would be welcome as said applicant has been moved from keen to not-so-keen by what i contest might be a really skewered perspective.
