| Body | When I moved into the place I currently live at, the lid was missing from my green bin. GCC refuse to replace it and expect me to pay to have it replaced and is quite expensive. Due to this, everytime I put my bin out, the seagulls come and raid it which results in my rubbish all over the floor.
Has anyone been in a similar situation or have any advice? I don’t know what to put on top of it to prevent the seagulls from being able to raid it. |
