| Body | Sorry it’s another Glasgow Tenement post. I own a flat in Ibrox and the building itself like a lot of others is need of a fair bit of work. The factors have been decent at trying to get the ball moving on each issue whenever it arises. The problem is that the other owners in the block don’t seem to give a shit about it. It’s a constant struggle trying to get them to be involved/pay for anything. I know no one has any money, neither do I buy this stuff needs sorted before it gets worse or the bills get bigger. Has anyone successfully dealt with this situation? Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers. |
