My life has drastically changed over the last few weeks and I'm having these thoughts which are becoming unbearable tonight. I doubt I would actually do anything as I'm scared of any pain, but what happens if I call NHS24?Do I have to attend A&E? Would they do a risk assessment and send me off again? I have no-one to speak to so this is not an option.
