Basically, you know the score, bit heavier after the past few years, needing to sort it out, but will 100% have a ripping anxiety attack if I want into a gym that's mobbed and folk can witness first hand how weak and unfit I am.
What's the deadest gyms, or the deadest times. The Nuffield in Finnieston, the one down from the Moxy hotel, seems pretty quiet often, can anyway confirm?
