TitleFirst Bus Family Ticket Rules
AuthorAwwLovelyDubs
Body
Went into town for a few yesterday with the mrs, got the bus in and asked for two all day tickets and the bus driver says I'll give you a family ticket and save you a quid. Cue "Top onions, you're a good guy!"

[consume drinks and food]

Go to get the bus back, scan the family ticket and the driver pulls me up saying 'where's the kids, it's meant to be for families'. Bus was busy and folk waiting behind me so just gave it a 'aye, cool' and went upstairs but he was still shouting as I went up.

The family ticket says, 'for two adults and up to two kids'.

Despite the fact his good guy colleague sold us the ticket without me even asking, does the knobhead jobsworth have a point or am I safe to write this one off as 'not guilty' on the question of my own integrity?

Surely a case of descrimination against a childless couple? (through choice just FYI, can't afford to go for drinks and have kids.)
