Part of the Govanhill festival is a wee Roma ceremony in Govanhill Park, right by my flat. The rest of the band are quite good, playing some traditional gypsy polka, but Despacito guy is just wailing on his violin-horn thing completely out of tune and it's hilariously shite. He still cannot play that thing it seems.
