I hope you are doing well. I have been a bit embarrassed to ask this but I suffer from depression and have had for the past 2 years. I got to a point where in the past 6 months, I have neglected all kinds of hygiene, myself and the flat that I live in. The flat is an absolute mess, it’s extremely filthy and unclean.
