TitleI feel the NHS is going to kill my mum and I don't know what to do.. What can I do?

Sorry I'm at a loss and don't know what to do or who to ask and I'm kinda ranting.

My mum has a slipped spinal disc, has had for years and had been waiting years for surgery to resolve. She's constantly in pain and can't walk moderate distances due to the pain. She was finally booked in August last year but then all 'non urgent' surgeries were cancelled last minute.

Back in January she had severe shoulder pain in her working arm (she only has one usable arm/hand)

She went to A&E twice, not able to move her arm, crying and in so much fucking pain(note she's on every pain killer you can imagine for her back). They brushed her off and gave her cream.. That she can't even fucking apply due to having one usable arm. She was begging them to help and crying in the room and the doctor just walked out and left her to leave.

Two nights later she's stuck on the bath for 4 hours
A night later or so she's feeling out of breath and light headed she checks her oxygen levels with the wee finger device thingy and it's low.
Doctor won't see her until she has a negative pcr etc.
It was 4 am and she felt like she was dying and nhs 111 got a doctor from the hospital to phone and chat with her, he managed to get an ambulance to come out a few hours later and even then they were literally laughing at her when she said she checked her bpm and oxygen with a home device and said they aren't reliable and were reluctant to take her but eventually did.

Turns out she was septic, her shoulder joints/muscles were infected, had blood clots in her legs, lungs etc and wasn't getting enough oxygen as a result.

She was in icu for over a month and received horrible care, nurses clearly hating their fucking job and clearly hate people. Leaving her attached to an empty Anti biotic IV bag for hours at a time(that she wasn't to go without) and ignoring her buzzer. Putting food and water in front of her with her having literally no way to eat it due to her arms. On two occasions they took samples from her shoulder joint which was the most pain she's ever felt...and fucking twice they lost the sample! Literally lost the sample and had to do it again just for it to turn up on a reception desk.

She somehow got through that. The incompetence was the scariest part. But they did save her life.

A couple weeks ago she received the spinal surgery she's been waiting years for.. Kinda. They got her in after a cancellation and done a portion of the surgery and not what they initially wanted to do to resolve her problem.

As of Friday her wound is badly infected and her back pain is worse than its ever been. They've put her on anti biotics (no preventive anti biotics were dispensed when she was discharged)
Last night she lost all sensation in her legs and collapsed outside at 11pm and sat for ages as no one would approach to help. Finally two men did.

She went to the doctors this morning and was advised to go to a&e with a letter to get an MRI ASAP.
They saw her a couple hours ago(didn't do the Mri). . And sent her home and told her to phone if it gets worse(it can't get worse) and to come back on the 18th
She sat outside the hospital on a bench crying and not able to move for about an hour after.
Her legs keep going numb and she loses the ability to walk on and off.

Due to being septic in January and almost dying she's so worried this infection is going to kill her and no one's listening or helping.
What the fuck can we do? I'm at a loss and feel I'm going to lose my mum because of all this. She's 45 and is going to end up dead or in a wheelchair because of this system
Sorry for the wall
