Body | Hey r/glasgow,
After a few years of working from home I’ve basically became a hermit. My confidence is at an all time low.
I keep researching fitness things to join but it’s totally overwhelming. I’m worried (justifiably) that I will be terrible at it.
I would say that my fitness goals are to look good in my clothes again and avoid falling into a further pit of depression.
Has anyone been in the same position and managed to turn it around? Maybe with a personal trainer or otherwise. I stay in the south east but I drive. |
