Title	Green Bins have been been gnawed to bits.

Body	Just took the bins out and noticed that all of the lids of our bins in the back court look like something has been biting at them. They all have 20-30cm roughly circular holes near to the top. Has anyone come across this before? My first thought was foxes or rats. Worth reporting to the council, does anyone know how to go about it? Cheers!
