Body | Hello, I’m looking for a gym partner in the southside.
I’m training for a fitness test for fire service in October / November.
Not after a PT, just someone interested in the following to train with.
- Early mornings, some afternoons and late evenings.
- Functional Strength training
- Sprint training / cardio
I’ve got to reach 8.8 in a 20m shuttle run on the day of test, so ideally someone willing to run back and forward 90ish times too 😎💪💪.
