The cupboard under the stairs in our tenement was a coal cellar at one time and the floor is about a 3-inch deep layer of old coal (with more junk on top of that)
Does anyone know who I can get in to clear it out and dispose of it all? Is this something the council will do? (don't mind paying them if it's reasonable) or anyone can recommend a private firm that would do it?
