Wanting to hear about others experience of stair cleaning via a factor - what they do and what do you pay?
Do they just sweep stairs or do they dust, wipe down walls, remove cobwebs?).
I’ve been doing a top up clean as our close was getting a bit manky and removing the cobwebs and wiping down the walls on our landing.
Emailed factor about it and
the factor has just informed us they dismissed the cleaning company for all the closes they factor as they never turned up or done their job. They have appointed a new cleaning company and I’d like to check what we are getting in return for payment.
Last time the previous company visited filled in the sheet (debatable if they cleaned!) was June 🤣🤣😄 |
