When I lived in New Zealand a friend had a small holding with olive trees. He produced the best olive oil I have tasted. Quite light and peppery and was great with pita bread. I've tried a few brands back here in Scotland and even the expensive ones have not come close.
Any olive oil aficionados out there with recommendation and where to buy?
