Title	Anyone know the score with CityFibre and its rollout?

Body	I see contractors are basically all over Glasgow putting the fibre cables in the streets. Has any internet provider actually started to use this network or offer to let you buy broadband packages yet? I see a few flats in my area get the fibre terminated into the building, but I'm not sure if that's going to roll out to every building, or just ones with customers in it.
