| Body | I don't know what I did but I managed to sprained my left ankle without really spraining it, anyway since then my ankle swollen and now I can't step on my left foot.
my metabolism is slow so in couple of days, probably this will go away but until then where can I get walking sticks/crutches , I don't have any bandage in home, should I get some kind of cream.
I was thinking to contact NHS but their webchat is not working, do you think should I call them ? their site also says they are very busy ☺️ |
