i currently live just outside glasgow (30 min train from central).
i work in central station and i’m going into my two last years of uni, and i’m seriously struggling to find a flat. Been looking for a couple months now, just seems like they viewings instantly get snatched up or that the rent is ridiculously high for a 2 bedroom. (as in, £2000+ pm for a basic, unfurnished flat)
I was hoping to stay in the east end/southside, but now just considering other further out areas e.g springburn, rutherglen, maryhill.
Does anyone have any advice at all? I know I’ve probably chose the worst time in terms of cost of living crisis lol but still any help is appreciated!
