Title	I have an appointment to get my NIN in Edinburgh tomorrow. Is it safe to say that’s cancelled?

Body	It’s at 9am so I can’t really call beforehand. I hate to be so blunt at this time but I don’t know where else to ask. Will I have to call them to reschedule?
