Hello,
so me and my 2 Brothers gifted my parents a weekend trip with us to scotland, also one of the brothers gfs is coming along, so were 6 in total.

Having travelled quite a lot, well do some regular sightseeing, but also would be keen to do some nature hiking. As we wont rent a car currently with the skyrocketed prices, it would be nice to have some close by options.

More importantly, we are all quite the foodies and would love a good eat, tradtionally scottish if possible. My parents have travelled scotland before on a few occasions, but never Glasgow. Also me and my mum enjoy coffee alot, speaking for myself also the snobbish specialty cafes =)

Some pointers would be amazing. Also restaurants on the upper end are possible, as my parents will invite us for dinner at least once, and we got green light for reservations. Not neccesary, but if its a must try, than well probably go for it.

Best regards from Berlin, Germany - Chris
