TitleDry rot in building looking to buy in.

Looking in a home report for a tenement flat and there's potential dry rot in the building but not the flat itself. Anyone experienced this and if it'd be a shared cost/what that might look like? It's just had a new roof and stonework ‏‏‎ so wonder if that threw the dry rot up.
