I was over in the west end today and I’ve noticed that streets that use to be unrestricted parking (Clouston Street and Mingarry street for example) are now restricted parking with only a 3 hour max stay. Does anyone know of any streets in the Woodlands or Hillhead area that are unrestricted or are GCC saying if you don’t have a permit you literally can’t park anywhere in the west end for more than 3 hours!?
