Body | I know there are hundreds of PTs out there but I’m looking for someone with specific experience.
I’m female, 49, peri-menopausal and have knackered knees (I know - I’m a catch 😂 ). I also have issues around food (especially around weighing and measuring food) after a lifetime of yo-yo dieting and following every “weight loss plan” out there.
I want to lose around 6 stone by August next year in a sensible and sustained way. I absolutely have to meet my target weight (it’s for a parachute jump) so I need someone who is in this for the long haul and will help motivate me to reach my target for the date.
