I've got a very slight but concerning (not dehabilitiating) pain on the outside of my kneecap and at the youthful age of 28 I want to do something about it now rather than when it actually matters a lot more. I realise I may need a specialist knee person but think physio therapy is an affordable and wise first step at this stage.
