Flew in last nigh from Alicante via EasyJet. After waiting an hour and half the Luggage Manager announced we have ZERO BAGGAGE HANDLERS !!!! We have no idea when your luggage will be offloaded from the plane. He then stuck a sign up with a barcode to register for lost luggage.
We left the airport and today I tried to see if there is any way to go to the airport and pick up the luggage. Try as I may all the phone number and contact points go in circles and lead back to don't call us - we will call you.
Two things -
One - speaking to friends this is a common issue at Glasgow airport - its a shame because for many people this is their introduction to our amazing city.
Two - does anyone have any prior experience or advice as to how I can collect my luggage from the airport without waiting the 5 days that Easyjet and Swissport say it will take to get back to me. |
