TitleRestaurant recommendations (plus a baby)

Hi hello! I’m from Glasgow but moved to Canada many years ago. Myself and my husband love to go out and eat, pretty much all cuisines. We like to experience the restaurant as well as the food, so places with good service and ambiance are always on our list. We are open to any price range, but more focussing on trying to find somewhere a bit special. We are coming home in a few weeks and want to have some dinners out predominantly in town but good with south side also. We do also have a 1 year old baby- who is very well behaved, doesn’t typically cry when we are out and about and will eat anything. I’m looking for restaurant recommendations that
1: focus on the food and the experience 2: are chill with us bringing a baby and would have a high chair.
Anytime I search for family friendly restaurants it’s like “bring your child here they have good chicken nuggets” which is not what we are looking for.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
