Titlemy apartment is so mouldy that I'm genuinely worried about my health

Moved into an apartment after graduating from uni, it's a cheap one but I expected it to be at the very least habitable, the humidity got so bad my closet door was sealed shut for weeks and had to be opened with a crowbar
My clothes in said close was mouldy, as well as my bathroom walls and bedroom door, the washing machine doesnt work, and none of the taps give hot water

I've tried contacting my letting agents but beyond "we've talked to our tradesmen " nothing is being done, I would post this in the "legal advice uk" subreddit but tbh, those mods scare me

Anyone got any advice on what to do/what the protocol regarding deposits in this situation is?
