TitleGood weekend day-trip places to visit by train that involves going over the Forth Bridge?

Body
Title explanatory.

Quite enjoy going on ~~lonely~~ solo travels to random places by train. Yesterday I went to Stranraer for the day via Ayr. Beautiful train ride, somewhat strange place with a burned down hotel in the middle of the town centre and a train station at the end of an abandoned ferry pier.

Would quite like to experience going over the Forth Bridge myself.

Bonus points if I can get a good fish supper at the other end.
