| Body | Got a visit from my landlord today to give me a heads up that he's planning on selling some of his portfolio, including the flat I'm in.
Blamed the recent interest hikes will result in very little to no profit on his properties.
He said that it shouldn't even affect me, as the potential new owner wants to continue on with the current renters.
It's my first time going through something like this, I'm a private letter, have a good relationship with the landlord and always paid on time for just over a year now.
Would like to know what I'm entitled to in terms of stability.
