Title	Problem with landlord

Body	Hi everybody, unfortunately I have a really big problem with my current landlord in Glasgow. I have been reporting all damages in the property (not working washing machine, shower, BIG FUCKING HOLE in a wall (she told me that she will fix it immediately), it's been over 9 weeks and it is still not fixed. I moved in one week after I viewed the flat, then 5 weeks after she didn't fix anything (she didn't pick up her phone, then she was explaing that she was in a hospital, then again someting...), now during the time of corona virus (and lockdown) she is telling me that she is trying to fix it and she is trying her best. She gave me number to the guy from washing machine (second handed of course). It's not my problem to fix it, but okay - I called the guy, his technical is not gonna work until the corona virus will finish so I'm without washing machine for another 3 months (or even more)? For the first 5 weeks she was telling me some bullshit like "you weren't home when I was sitting on a sofa and waiting for a guy" - it happend like 3 times. I'm just really exhausted of this situation and I started to look for another flat but I won't get my deposit back if I will stay less than 6 months (it's in the contract). She is registered as an landlord, I tried to write messages on whatsapp instead calling her to have a hard proof, I suppose she didn't transfer my deposit money to deposit scheme - since I didn't get ANY other document than my contract. After I signed the contract I should get a few things more, I didn't. What can I do? Should I report her for the First-Tier Tribunal for not doing any repairs + breaking the law about deposit scheme? Should I send her any formal letter? I'm really exhausted of this situation. I want to sort it out as soon as possible. Many thanks to anyone who read the whole post!
