Looking for a safe and nice place to live in Glasgow where I can walk at night by myself safely (as a female - early 20s). Would like to be close to nice parks as well and good transport links. Wanting to buy in a budget of under £80,000 a 1–2 bedroom tenement flat (doesn't have to be new as want to renovate) with high growth potential. Thanks :)
