Live in a flat and went to take the food waste out to the bin shed. Opened it up and it’s full of rats. Both bins look full(we have two wheelie bins just for food waste and another big bin for general/recycling)Just went on to the council website and it says food waste has been suspended since 25th March but haven’t been told! I know it’s not council priority right now but I can’t imagine them being emptied anytime soon. Anyone else having problems with this right now?
