The difference is is that rougeone is a commission artist paid by the council to do these massive pieces.
Panda is a graffiti artist who essentially tags using a face.
despite which one you think is better there’s two big differences in the style and type of street art.
I don’t particularly look at this as genuine street art because it’s somehow classed as acceptable by officials. They also erased the box head sticker art (I can’t remember or find the name of who done it) which had been there for years to put up something they think is / deemed better. |
