Holes in the wall that never seem to get fixed means the factors are doing fuck all, which means the communal areas will be minging and unmaintained, along with fuck all done by building management in other areas like dealing with problem neighbours.
I looked at those flats when I was searching and after a few viewings just nuked it off my zoopla area map. The final straw was when the estate agent was trying to play coy about the flat I was viewing having "impact damage visible on the door" as the home report put it. Looked like someone had been bashing around the lock recently. Probably how they got in to evict the previous owners. Naw. |
