| Comment | Bit of a catch-22 there. Another Tory government would do gangbusters for support for Independence, but then they wouldn't be suicidal enough to allow another indyref. If Labour get in they're gonna need SNP support and will probably give an Indyref in exchange.
Of course too many votes for Labour and not enough for SNP and there won't be a mandate for another Indyref, so I guess Rock meet Hard Place. I say everyone pick whichever is best placed to beat the Tories, and if it's a Labour-SNP race just go with your gut. Anything that isn't blue is a win in this election. |
