| Comment | Definitely appeal - you won’t lose the ability to pay at half rate. It goes on hold until e appeal is dealt with and even then, if you lose, you have 14 days to pay at the £30 rate.
I appealed one the other day I got for parking in a loading bay for 13 mins - fair do’s I suppose but they don’t state how long counts as loading. Their issue was that I was not ‘continuously loading’. Turn around for appeals is 8-12 weeks at the moment. Do it online so you have a digital record of the correspondence.
