Yep. It's Scottish Water. There was a burst mains there, so they started off dealing with that. The job got bigger when they found water damage had weakened the road structure, so the entire section is having to get ripped up and relaid.

If they have got to the point of opening a lane in each direction, they must be in the final stages of laying the top surfaces. Not long to go.

I'm not out in the daytime much as I'm a night shift driver. It's not caused a major headache at nights. Has it been brutal in the day times?
