| Comment | You seem paranoid as fuck. They own and have to maintain their housing stock. They don't put in new bathrooms, kitchens and windows at a cost of tens of thousands of pounds unless a house really needs them.
They also don't need you to be in the house to inspect them every minute they're working so get the idea that you're losing 100 quid a day out your head. Unless you want to be there to make sure they're not installing bugging devices in your plug sockets...
The housing association don't care about your day to day life or if your flats a bit messy or whatever it is that has you bothered about letting them in. Don't choose to live in a house that needs upgrades because you're paranoid |
