Summary public execution by death squads. It's not socially progressive or helpful in any way, but it is the harshest.
What OP should have done is just call the police. Who should have arrived, figured out what (if anything) was going on and then ensured the coupled entered the justice system.
The justice system should then have dealt out whatever punishment and (most important bits) rehabilitation & support to stop the offending again.
But drugs policy is reserved, so that won't happen.
Guess it's death squads then, this is Tory Britain. :-( |
