I'd additionally say the busses tend (overall) to be more reliable. At least where we are in Milngavie, a bus might be slightly slower but it'll *arrive* and *get you there*, whereas a train might just meh its way into non-existence. One time we were on the train and it just sat and had a fault for 45 minutes and you couldn't even get off. It's a 15 minute journey. |
