You absolutely will have something in place. If it's not a factor, it will be an owner's committee. If there genuinely isn't anything in place, then your solicitor didn't do their job properly. (Or maybe you didn't heed their warnings?)
Go and check your purchase paperwork, details should be in there..or speak to your solicitor, or another resident. |
