Contact them on social media, it’s a uk based team and they are pretty helpful.
However, their contract is really with the sender, not you, so you might have to get whoever sent the parcel to reach out on your behalf.
If you/ they keep pressing that it wasn’t delivered then Hermes should compensate the sender who in return can refund you.
