Seems strange to me that the places with diverse menus are 'a bit restrictive' compared to your other options which are all steak houses

But out of that list, Spanish Butcher is awesome but a bit staid/formal so I wouldn't really suggest it as a place for a relaxed family do. Porter and Rye is also good food but a bit cramped and tends to be packed with twats in suits, so also wouldn't recommend for a family thing. Butchershop fits that bill much better, much more festive atmosphere, and good at handling large groups (and great steak, of course).

These are all among the most expensive restaurants in Glasgow, if that matters, but your post suggests that isn't an issue

It's not central, but the Wee Lochan is great for a celebration meal and also well-suited to your carnivorous brood
