There are very few good reasons to be carrying around an otherwise illegal knife when wandering around the city centre at night though. "Am a chef on my way back from work with ma machete and aye I always get dressed for clubbing and pished up at work".
Think even in those cases you're supposed to try to keep them secured etc if reasonable to do so too so even if you actually are a chef you shouldn't be hiding the blade in your coat pocket ready to go on the way to work. |
