Scotland is already one of most sustainable countries in the world.
I have a bit different political views than most of this sub and I dont understand what would you like that the goverment do about the climate change? I dont understand a why people here expect the government to resolve all problemes. I do my share, I recycle, I avoid buying plastic, I clean the streets and even change my career form oil&gas to renowables. I have an impression that people just believe that likes on fb or making some protests about climate addressed to nobody will make a difference. Have you seen streets after protests or walks? Complete mess. Anywhere in Glasgow us one big mess because people do not care about enviroment and expect others to solve this problem. Change should start from yourself and people around you. Voting greens, libs, tories etc wont make any difference. |
