That's grim. I've got a friend who's got one next door to her in the north of the city. She's got the same issue with noise etc. Parties and food deliveries in the middle of the night.
I dropped some German friends of at one in Edinburgh a few months ago, and you could tell by the welcome they got from neighbours and signs on the walls that nobody was particularly happy to welcome them.
