Newspaper delivery is probably the traditional "easy" option but in contrast to other potential jobs you usually get paid sod all.

Out of the suggestions there, if you're looking for something "stable" you may more or less be limited to retail work.
Since you'll be coming home after 3pm on a school day you'll be struggling to find any employer willing to take you on for just 2 hours, so it's in your best interest to capitalise on that 5 hour Saturday shift.

If you're insistent on working during the week though, you might be able to get work with a supermarket or even local shop to stack shelves or clean up. I'd wager you'll have more luck with a big chain supermarket than a little local store in that regard, but I could be wrong.

If you are a bit more entrepreneurial, you could spread the word that you're willing to do some work for neighbours although that's going to be fairly unstable in terms of schedule and income consistency, but it's still an option if you're looking for something more challenging.
