But that's what I mean, how can that be fair charging someone more and more every month when they're not earning more and more money. They said every one on Universal Credit gets a new letter every month so I thought why do direct debit if every month it changes.

I've spoken to my Welfare Rights person and they said don't pay it all but then they say if it's not paid the sheriff officers will come out.

Every month it just seems to increase and I'm paying more than someone that owns their home outright? They're paying £90 a month with a single person discount, I get a single person discount too and it's £150. The people I work with are paying £50 per month.

I'm honestly expecting February to now be maybe £170 or £180. It's at that stage it just can't be done now.
