The First Minister has put out messages that we EU citizens are still welcome, I’ve not heard anybody say anything anti-european (not north of the border, at least).
The only bit of xenophobia I can identify in Scotland is towards a country that has once more elected a political party that has screwed Scotland and the rest of the UK, and is screwing the rest of the EU. Personally, I can understand feeling hostile towards those who, as a group, seem to want to ruin you. |
